Janice Rimmer

Janice Rimmer is an operations enthusiast at Mt. Tam Innovations, LLC. After earning a Master of Arts in Russian Language and Literature from Boston College in the late 1990s, she quickly discovered that the same academic skills could be applied within a Business operations environment. Her aptitude for language acquisition allows her to jump into any environment, learn the rules of verbal communication (vocabulary, grammar, syntax, and etc.) and non-verbal communication (culture) to operate with native fluency.
