Charles Walker serves as the President of the Niagara Falls Underground Railroad Heritage Center since March 2017, where involvement includes being a board member and volunteer dedicated to sharing the story of freedom and justice in Niagara Falls. In addition, Charles Walker has acted as a Minister at Mt. Zion Baptist Church since July 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Community Outreach Manager at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center from April 2006 to January 2019 and serving as a Council Member for the City of Niagara Falls, New York from January 1999 to December 2017. Charles Walker's educational background includes studies at Bryant & Stratton College in Buffalo from 1977 to 1978.
