Kamal Kanish

Kamal Kanish has extensive experience in commercial and financial management, particularly within the public sector and offender management. Currently serving as Strategic Advisor for the EM Programme at the Ministry of Justice's Probation Reform Programme since June 2021, Kamal previously held the position of Head of Commercial at MTCnovo Ltd, managing all commercial matters and relationships with the Ministry of Justice and supply chain partners. Prior roles include Commercial Financial Director at Interserve International, responsible for overseeing financial operations, and Commercial Director at Babcock International Group, where responsibilities included client relations and strategic business planning. Kamal's earlier positions involved commercial management at Carillion and Serco Group, with a focus on treasury functions and contractual matters.
