Amy Kothe has over 20 years of work experience in various HR roles. Amy is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at MTC Federal Credit Union since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at InnovateHR from February 2019 to June 2020. Amy was also the Director of Human Resources at Crossroads Treatment Centers from February 2015 to February 2019. Amy has also held positions such as Benefits Manager at The Spinx Co. in 2014, HR role at Magna International from 2013 to 2014, and Director of Human Resources at John Q. Hammons Hotels and Resorts from 2001 to 2012. Amy started their career as a Technical Recruiter at multiple companies, including Channelinx.com, Homepoint.com, Atlanta Group Systems Incorporated, and Carnaghe and Gibbs.
Amy Kothe obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Mars Hill College in the years 1992 to 1995. Later, they pursued a Masters degree in Human Resources at Clemson University from 1996 to 1997.
