Katja Kemppainen

Katja Kemppainen started their career in 2008 as a Myyntineuvottelija at Sanoma Magazines. Katja worked in this role again in 2009 and 2010. In 2011, Katja worked as a Junior Product Manager at Bitbar, where they tested software and created promotional material. Katja also worked as a Freelance Kääntäjä (suomi-englanti) at the University of Oulu from 2011 to 2014. Starting in 2013, Katja joined Oudata as a Software Engineer for three months, focusing on Python programming and UNIX development. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Software Developer at Tieto, handling both web and legacy projects. Currently, Katja is the Lead Software Developer at Mtech Digital Solutions, a position they have held since October 2017.

Katja Kemppainen completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Philology at the University of Oulu from 2007 to 2013. Katja also attended Oulun normaalikoulun lukio from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained their Ylioppilas qualification.
