Tiia Aitavaara

Tiia Aitavaara has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources and management.

Tiia began their professional career in 2009 as a Restaurant Manager at Masabi sushi Oy, where they worked until 2012.

From 2012 to 2016, Tiia worked as an HR Coordinator at Royal Ravintolat Oy.

In 2016, they joined BW-Restaurants Oy as an HR Assistant for a specific period of time.

Tiia further advanced their career by joining DHL Express in 2020 as an HRD Specialist until 2022.

In 2022, they became a People and Culture Manager at Padel Club Finland & Padel Tampere, where they worked until the end of the year.

Currently, Tiia is employed as a People and Culture Manager at Mtech Digital Solutions, starting in 2023.

Tiia Aitavaara attended Laurea University of Applied Sciences from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on business/project management.
