Marco Saldierna

Marco Saldierna is an experienced Quality and Engineering Manager with a strong background in the automotive sector. Currently serving as the Quality Manager at MTI since May 2018, Marco has held multiple leadership roles, including Quality/Engineering Manager and Operational Excellence Manager, focusing on developing the Engineering department in Mexico and transferring manufacturing lines. Previous positions include Quality Manager for Key Safety Systems, managing customer quality requirements for major automotive clients, and Quality Manager at Johnson Controls, where Marco oversaw quality processes for several automotive manufacturers.
