Michael Ingersoll

Michael Ingersoll is a Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience at MTI since February 2016. Responsibilities at MTI include performing RCCAs on RMAs, initiating automation and CAPEX projects, interfacing with customers, suppliers, and auditors, and training operators and engineers. Michael has designed and implemented new tooling using Solidworks, transferred product lines, and led kaizen events to enhance standardization. Previous experience includes serving as a Student Supervisor at ISU Dining from August 2011 to December 2015, where supervision of student workers and enforcement of food safety policies were key duties. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with a Manufacturing Option from Iowa State University, obtained in 2015.
