Richelle Kapp

Richelle Kapp is an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety professional with over 20 years of expertise in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at MTI since March 2023, Kapp previously held similar positions at Twin Disc from April 2010 to March 2023, where responsibilities included both Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager and Safety Manager. Prior experience includes serving as an Environmental, Health, Safety & Security Engineer II at Briggs & Stratton from January 2005 to March 2010 and beginning a career at Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells as a Waterpark Supervisor and Lifeguard from June 2002 to December 2004. Richelle Kapp earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 2001 and 2005.
