Carl Bonura, CRC, is a seasoned expert in employee engagement, recognition, and incentive initiatives, with over 40 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Recognition, Reward and Engagement Guide at Recognition-Engagement-Motivation since 1976, Carl specializes in aligning corporate goals with effective engagement strategies. Additionally, Carl holds the position of Gulf South President at Motivo Performance Group since 2010, focusing on strategic recognition planning and employee motivation. As a Sr. Recognition Consultant and Managing Director at MTM Recognition, as well as an owner of Recognition Systems and Recognition Systems, LLC, Carl facilitates the development of recognition and incentive systems designed to enhance employee morale and loyalty. Formerly a Recognition Consultant at Jostens Recognition Division, Carl has a robust education background with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Louisiana State University and a Master of Education from the University of New Orleans.
