Dawn Kotva

Dawn Kotva is the Vice President of Operations at MTM. Dawn has over 25 years of experience in supply chain management and has held various leadership positions throughout their career.

Dawn began their career as a Regional Manager at Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region and Southwest Missouri. In this role, they were responsible for managing the organization's operations in two states. After four years in this role, Dawn transitioned to Penske Logistics where they held the position of Director of Quality for five years. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the quality of the company's products and services.

In 2003, Dawn was promoted to Vice President of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for the outbound distribution of Whirlpool Corporation's products in North America. Dawn was also responsible for leading the supply chain integration of Whirlpool's acquisition of Maytag Corporation. Under their leadership, the company saved over $50M in costs and generated an additional $25M in new business.

In 2007, Dawn left Penske Logistics to join Express Scripts as their Vice President of Fulfillment Optimization. In this role, they led teams that performed optimization analytics and process improvement, drug purchasing and inventory management, business planning and outbound logistics management. Dawn Kotva has been with MTM since December 2019 and currently serves as their Vice President of Operations.

Dawn Kotva has a ba in biochemistry from Northwestern University and an MBA in business from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School. Dawn also has a certification from GE Master Black Belt.

Dawn Kotva reports to Tim Kessler, Chief Operating Officer, Healthcare. They are on a team with Chuck DeZearn - Regional Vice President, Pam Cook - Vice President of Program Governance.
