Dawn Kotva is a Chief Operating Officer with extensive experience in operations, process improvement, and analytics. Dawn has held various executive positions in companies such as MTM, Inc., Express Scripts, Penske Logistics, and Planned Parenthood. With a background in biochemistry and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, Dawn has led teams to deliver cost savings, process improvements, and quality enhancements throughout their career. Dawn Kotva is also a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has a strong track record of driving operational excellence.
