Scott Ghan

Scott Ghan, MBA, currently serves as the Program Director at MTM, Inc. since October 2024, overseeing leadership, budget management, and client relations. With extensive experience in healthcare and operations, Scott has previously held roles such as Regional Director of Operations at Global Medical Response, where management of a $120 million operation resulted in a 500% revenue increase, and as Director of Financial Operations at TestAmerica, where cost reduction and revenue improvement were prioritized.
