Tom Wiese

As Chief Legal Officer, Tom Wiese ensures MTM adheres to federal, state, and local laws and regulatory requirements in all of the operating areas. He is MTM’s chief advisor and representation on all legal matters and oversees the execution of contracts with clients, vendors, and providers. He is also a valued resource and guide to MTM’s Risk Management Committee and Board of Directors. Tom has practiced law in the healthcare industry in private practice settings for multi-national managed care organizations like Centene, as well as large national hospital systems such as SSM Health. He has spent his career leading compliance, risk, and corporate governance functions; directing M&A due diligence activity; and negotiating all manner of contracts. Tom earned his Juris Doctor degree from Saint Louis University School of Law and is certified in healthcare compliance.
