Yao Kouadio has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Yao currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at MTN Benin, where their main responsibilities include developing and executing financial strategies, overseeing capital allocation and fundraising, assessing and mitigating financial risks, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Before joining MTN Benin, Yao worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Dangote Cement Cameroon within the Dangote Group. During their time there, they achieved notable accomplishments such as optimizing distributors' bonus payment scheme, arranging a bank loan for company investments, successfully leading a general tax control, and representing the company in meetings with government officials and tax administrations.
Yao also has experience at Orange, where they held various positions including RIP Performance Manager, Financial Controller at Orange Africa & Middle East, Chief Financial Officer at Groupement Orange Services, Financial Controller at Orange Africa & Middle East, and Head of Controlling at Cote d'Ivoire Telecom.
Additionally, Yao has worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Bayer Crop Science, Head of Audit and Controlling DAFCI at Bolloré Logistics, and as an Auditor at EY.

Yao Kouadio has a diverse education history in the field of accounting and finance. Yao obtained a Baccalauréat in the scientific series from Lycée Scientifique de Yamoussoukro in Côte d'Ivoire in 1991. Yao then pursued further studies at Intec-Cnam in Paris and received a Diplôme d'Etude Comptable et Financière (DEFC) from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they attended the Institut National Supérieur de l'Enseignement Technique (INSET) in Yamoussoukro, Côte d'Ivoire, where they obtained a Diplôme du Second Cycle des Etudes Comptable Supérieures (DSC-ECS) from 1991 to 1995. Later on, in 1996 to 1997, Yao attended Ecole Supérieure des Affaires de Grenoble in France and earned a DESCFC degree. Yao further enhanced their knowledge at ESCP Business School in 2010 to 2011 by completing a Finance & Controlling Advanced Program. Lastly, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Chartered Accountant qualification and obtained expertise comptable in Accounting and Finance, Management, Legal, and Taxation.
