Boris Janwouo

Boris JANWOUO is a seasoned professional in the IT and telecom industry with extensive experience in digital transformation, customer experience, and value-added services. Currently serving as the Manager of Digital Transformation and Knowledge Management at MTN Cameroon since 2017, Boris drives AI-driven innovations to enhance customer and employee experiences, while contributing to organizational change management. Previous roles at Orange Cameroun included PMO positions overseeing customer experience and time-to-market processes, as well as project management in value-added services. Boris holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, complemented by training in project management.
