Liric Léo TSIBA has a diverse work experience in marketing, communication, and community management. Liric Léo worked as a Coordinateur Marketing & Communication at MTN CONGO from August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Responsable Communications at Agence Internationale pour le Développement de l'Information Environnementale from May 2022 to August 2022. Liric Léo also served as a Senior Community Manager at SMART VISION CONGO from June 2021 to April 2022 and at CANAL+ CONGO from July 2021 to March 2022. Liric worked as a Community Manager at Banque Congolaise de l'Habitat from October 2021 to March 2022 and at Fondation TELEMA from July 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they worked as a Designer Web at Yekolab from September 2017 to August 2020. Liric's work experience demonstrates their skills and expertise in marketing, communication, community management, and web design.

Liric Léo TSIBA completed their education from 2016 to 2019 at the Institut Superieur de Gestion, where they obtained a Licence in Logistique et Transport. In 2019 to 2020, they pursued further studies at Confucius (Marien Ngouabi), earning a Certificat in Langue Chinoise.
