Philitchev Audrokiev MALONGA

Philitchev Audrokiev Malonga has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2018 to the present, they held the position of Coordinator Retail Business Intelligence at MTN Congo. In this role, they were responsible for implementing and maintaining infrastructure to support the distribution chain, processing commissions and bonuses, analyzing sales performance, identifying training needs, and providing coaching to teams. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Data Analyst at MTN Congo, where they conducted compliance audits, monitored pricing plans, benchmarked products and services against competitors, and participated in market research activities. In 2018, they briefly worked as an Ingénieur statisticien at the Institut National de la Statistique, Congo. In 2017, they gained experience as a student intern at EGPAF - Côte d'Ivoire.

Philitchev Audrokiev MALONGA completed a Bachelor's degree in Analyse Numérique et Applications - Mathématiques Appliquées from Université Marien NGOUABI in 2009-2013. Philitchev Audrokiev then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Analyse Numérique et Applications - Mathématiques Appliquées from the same university in 2018-2019. In between, from 2015 to 2017, they attended Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Statistique et d'Economie Appliquée d'Abidjan and earned the degree of Ingénieur des Travaux Statistiques in Sciences Sociales.
