Andre Samuels

Andre Samuels is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network performance and optimization. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist in RAN Performance at MTN since June 2019, Andre leads a multi-talented team in delivering managed services for MTN Networks in South Africa with a mission to make MTN the number one network in the Western Cape Province. Previously, Andre held key roles at Huawei Technologies, MTN, Ericsson UK, T-Mobile UK, and Vodacom, demonstrating significant expertise in 3G performance, network optimization, and project leadership. Andre holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a BSc in Electrical Engineering, both in Telecommunications Engineering.
