Basetsana Mogano

Basetsana Mogano currently serves as a Specialist in Global Human Resource Planning, Reporting, and Analytics at MTN since December 2018, where responsibilities include building global stakeholder relationships, managing projects for MTN Group Global engagement surveys, and administering significant surveys like Y’elloPoll and Group Culture Audit, achieving high participation rates of 90% and 96%, respectively. Prior to MTN, Basetsana worked briefly as a Promoter for The Creative Counsel in mid-2018, excelling in customer engagement and contributing to high sales during the Zespri Kiwifruit campaign. Basetsana is pursuing an Honors degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of South Africa, having previously obtained a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from the University of Johannesburg.
