Marina Madale is an experienced executive in sustainability and corporate affairs, having served as Executive and General Manager of Sustainability and Shared Value at MTN from April 2019 to September 2023. Prior experience includes various managerial roles at Sasol Exploration and Production International between October 2007 and April 2019, including Senior Manager of Corporate Affairs, where responsibilities included aligning corporate affairs with business strategies and engaging with global stakeholders. Additionally, Marina held positions such as Community Affairs Manager, Brand Marketing Account Manager, and Business Analyst, contributing to corporate social investments, brand management, and market analysis.
