Naresh Boodhram

Naresh Boodhram is a seasoned professional in IT strategy and architecture with extensive experience in telecommunications and revenue management. Currently serving as Senior Manager in IT Strategy and Architecture at MTN since July 2019, Naresh has also held significant roles at Ericsson, including Head of Revenue Management Africa and Senior Solution Architect. With a strong background in managing customer requirements and engaging with C-level executives, Naresh has successfully overseen BSS portfolios focusing on Charging, Billing, and CRM. Naresh began the career as a Services Engineer at cell C in the KZN region and holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Durban University of Technology.
