Nikos Angelopoulos

Nikos Angelopoulos is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Group Chief Information Officer at MTN since July 2018, Nikos previously held leadership roles at du as EVP of Information Technology and Product Engineering and at Vodafone Italy as Regional CIO for several countries, including Italy and Greece. Earlier career experience includes significant positions at Accenture, where Nikos was a Partner and specialized in telecommunications consulting. Educational qualifications include an Executive Education in AI in Business from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an MBA with Distinction from London Business School, an M.Sc. in Digital Communications & Signal Processing from Imperial College London, and a B.Sc. in Physics from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
