Sue Paternoster has held various leadership positions in the technology and IT field throughout their career. Sue started their career at KPMG US as a Manager in Management Consulting from 1994 to 1997. Sue then joined Bankers Trust as a Director of US IT for Private Banking from 1997 to 2000. After that, they worked at Deutsche Asset Management, where they held multiple roles such as Managing Director, Head of Application Development from 2000 to 2002, Managing Director, Head of Integration and Strategy Group from 2002 to 2003, and Managing Director, Head Application Development from 2003 to 2005. Sue also worked at Citi as a Managing Director, Global IT Client Delivery and Strategic Planning in 2005. From 2006 to 2015, Sue worked at New York Life Insurance Company, first as Senior Managing Director in Technology from 2006 to 2011 and then as Senior Vice President in Technology from 2011 to 2015. Currently, they are Senior Vice President and US CIO at Wilton Re, starting in January 2016.
Sue Paternoster holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Western Connecticut State University. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the University of Bridgeport.
