Orelle Gracia Nzengomona

Orelle Gracia Nzengomona has extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently working at MTN since November 2013. Responsibilities include overseeing internal and external training actions, analyzing training needs, executing training plans, monitoring training indicators, and contributing to annual evaluations. Additionally, Orelle prepares logistical arrangements for training and manages online training for employees.
