Lottie Masi is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT demand, delivery, governance, and service operations across leading telecommunications companies in Zambia, including MTN Zambia and Vodafone Zambia. Currently serving as Senior Manager for IT Demand and Delivery at MTN Zambia since September 2018, Lottie plays a pivotal role in enabling digital transformation and enhancing customer experience. Previous positions include Head of Information Technology at Vodafone Zambia, where strategic alignment of IT systems with business needs was prioritized, and Senior IT Manager at Airtel Zambia, focusing on operational costs, billing accuracy, and product innovation. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science specializing in Software Engineering from the University of Zambia, Lottie also possesses significant achievements in system design and capacity planning from earlier roles in various organizations.
