Mbachi Thindwa

Mbachi Thindwa, ACMA, CGMA, AZICA, MBA, is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Manager of Financial Control at MTN Zambia since September 2022. Prior to this role, Mbachi worked at Zamtel from January 2018 to September 2022 in Business Planning and Analysis, focusing on business performance reporting, financial planning and analysis, strategy, and pricing. Additional experience includes serving as an Accountant for Mobile Money at Airtel T/A Celtel Zambia PLC from October 2015 to December 2017 and as an Assistant Fund Accountant at Madison Asset Management Company Ltd from January 2014 to October 2015, where responsibilities included financial reporting, reconciliations, investment analysis, and fund operations. Mbachi holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Lusaka and completed CIMA qualifications in 2013.
