Steven Yong

Steven Yong has extensive experience in managing operations and continuous improvement in the engineering and manufacturing industry. At MTQ Engineering Pte Ltd, Steven oversees store, maintenance, and procurement departments. In their role as Manager - Production & Continuous Improvement, Steven manages a workshop with various employees ranging from machine operators to engineers. Steven also previously worked as a Workshop Manager at Halliburton, where Steven managed a machine shop with over 80 employees. Steven holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Singapore Institute of Management.
