Kathy Kendall Cqp

Kathy Kendall CQP has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Kathy is currently serving as the Head of Corporate Quality and Compliance at MTR Corporation Limited. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Group Quality at Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon for six years. At Cathay Pacific Airways, they held various roles including Head of Corporate Quality, Quality Manager, and Quality Assurance Manager. Before joining Cathay Pacific Airways, they worked at Qantas as the Manager of Quality Assurance Weight and Balance and Ramp Services, as well as the Policy and Procedures Manager Weight and Balance. Kathy also has experience in service development and logistics coordination in cabin services and inflight services at Qantas. Earlier in their career, they served as a Logistics Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force.

Kathy Kendall CQP completed their Executive Management program at INSEAD in 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, and History from UNSW, which they completed between 1987 and 1989.
