Paolo Fraccaro is an experienced professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Projects at MTS Markets since October 2025. Previously, Paolo held various leadership roles at MarketAxess from February 2014 to September 2025, including Head of Trading Delivery for EMEA & APAC and Head of Business Analysis & Project Management. Paolo began the professional journey at Datamonitor as a Research Manager in the Energy sector from April 2002 to January 2005. Paolo holds an educational background from Università Bocconi.
