Serkan Kavas has extensive work experience at MTS Logistics, Inc. Serkan started as an Operations Manager in June 2005 and held this position until September 2011. In December 2011, they were promoted to the role of VP Imports and held this position until June 2022. From June 2022 onwards, Serkan has been serving as the EVP Imports at MTS Logistics, Inc.

Serkan Kavas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they obtained from Dokuz Eylul University from 1997 to 2001. Serkan furthered their education at the New York Institute of Technology, where they earned an MBA in International Business between 2003 and 2006. In addition, Serkan Kavas possesses a certification in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD) which they obtained from APICS in August 2019.
