Moritz Künzler

Moritz Künzler is a Senior Electrical Engineer Customer Solutions at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG since April 2023, with previous experience as an Electrical Engineer at STADLER DEUTSCHLAND GMBH from September 2020 to April 2023, and as a PHD Researcher at Daimler AG, focusing on the thermal optimization of liquid-cooled electric propulsion systems from July 2017 to September 2020. Earlier roles include tutoring thermodynamics at the Berlin Institute of Technology, conducting research internships at various organizations, and working on a master’s thesis regarding the cooling of electrical machines in collaboration with Siemens AG. Moritz Künzler earned a Master of Science in Energy and Process Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution, complemented by studies at DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
