Ramayodhya Pandit has vast experience in the field of engineering, specifically in the areas of aftertreatment system application, design and development, integration, and analysis. They have worked at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG as a Principal Engineer, where they were actively involved in handling the application of aftertreatment systems for the Indian market and were a core team member. Their expertise also includes DFMEA, root cause analysis, and ensuring robust design. Prior to this, Ramayodhya worked at Cummins Inc. as a Machine Integration - Vehicle Fuel Economy Analyst - Application Engineer. In this role, they led engineering projects, collaborated with customers, and focused on improving fuel economy. Before joining Cummins Inc., Ramayodhya worked at Cummins Emission Solutions Inc. as a Product Design Development Engineer, where they used engineering tools for modeling and layout of diesel aftertreatment devices and performed design calculations. Ramayodhya Pandit has a diverse education history. Ramayodhya began their academic journey by achieving their SLC qualification from Shree Teen Chandra Ma.Vi in Kalaiya, Bara. After completing their SLC, Ramayodhya pursued a Diploma in Engineering at Western Region Campus in Pokhara, specializing in the field of Automobile. Subsequently, they attended B V B College of Engg. & Technology in Hubli from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering.

Ramayodhya's pursuit of higher education continued as they enrolled in the National Institute of Technology Surat from 2008 to 2010. During this period, they earned a Master's degree in CAD/CAM, focusing on computer-aided design and manufacturing.

In addition to their formal education, Ramayodhya also obtained certifications to enhance their skills and expertise. In May 2020, they completed the course "Becoming a Six Sigma Black Belt" offered by LinkedIn. Ramayodhya also earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Cummins Inc.
