Cody Kangas

Cody Kangas serves as the Executive Director of Career Services at Michigan Technological University, providing strategic direction and leadership to enhance relationships between the university and industry partners. With a track record of success in various leadership roles including Executive Director of Corporate & Foundation Relations and Director of Development for Special Projects, Cody drives initiatives that foster corporate engagement and philanthropy. Cody's early career included positions such as Director and Associate Director of the Center for Pre-College Outreach, focusing on innovative K-12 outreach programs. Additional experience includes volunteer facilitation at LeaderShape, Inc. and roles in educational program management within Ann Arbor Public Schools and the United States Olympic Committee. Cody holds a BA in Sport Management from the University of Michigan and an MAED in Higher Education Administration from Michigan State University.
