Dottie Catlin

Dottie Catlin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dottie'smost recent role is as the Executive Director of Career Services at Utah Tech University, where they oversee the career development program for undergraduate and graduate students. Prior to this, they worked at Commonwealth Corporation as the Director of Career Technical Initiative, managing a grant to provide job training and placement in response to industry needs.

Before their time at Commonwealth Corporation, Dottie took a break from their career to focus on being a full-time mom and community volunteer. However, they returned to work as a Career Consultant at Massachusetts Bay Community College and later as an Assistant Director of Career Services at Harvard Business School and Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Dottie'searlier experience includes working as a Career Counselor/Facilitator/Recruiting Coordinator at Boston Career Link and as the Head Women's Ice Hockey and Lacrosse Coach at the University of Southern Maine. In between their career, Dottie also took a gap year to travel independently in Asia.

Throughout their various roles, Dottie has developed skills in strategic planning, program management, building industry relationships, and engaging with diverse stakeholders. Dottie is dedicated to helping individuals with their career development and has a strong background in higher education settings.

Dottie Catlin has an MBA from Questrom School of Business, Boston University, with concentrations in International Management (IM) and Leadership & Organizational Transformation (LOT). Dottie also has a MA in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University and a BS in Educational Leadership and Administration, General, Outdoor from the University of New Hampshire. Dottie Catlin attended Loomis Chaffee School and Greenwich Country Day School before their university studies.
