VP Content, Channels & Digital Consumption at MTV Oy

Iina Eloranta has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Iina most recently worked at MTV Oy, where they held the positions of VP, Channels & Digital Consumption and Channel Director, starting in March 2022 and September 2019 respectively. Prior to this, they worked as a Channel Strategist at MTV Oy from October 2018 to September 2019.

Before joining MTV Oy, Eloranta served as the Head of Scheduling at Nelonen Media from September 2017 to September 2018. Iina also worked at Sanoma Media Finland as the Channel Manager for LIV and JIM, a TV channel targeted at women, from December 2015 to September 2017.

Eloranta has held various roles at Sanoma Entertainment Oy / Nelonen Media, including Channel Manager for Pay-TV and Ruutu from February 2011 to December 2015. Iina started their career as a Producer at Sulake Corporation from August 2004 to February 2011.

Prior to that, Eloranta worked as a Local Area Manager at CEF Oy from August 2003 to July 2004 and as a Content Manager at Radiolinja Oy from January 2000 to July 2003. Iina also worked at MTV3 / TVTV! as a Program Planner from November 1998 to January 2000, and as a Freelancer / Production Manager from January 1998 to November 1998.

Eloranta began their career at MTV3, where they held the positions of Head of Research & Assistant Producer, Production Manager, and Production Assistant from August 1995 to December 1997.

Iina Eloranta attended Tampere University of Applied Sciences from 1993 to 1996, where they studied TV / Film production. Iina did not obtain a specific degree during this period. In 2021, they acquired a certification titled "Liquid Leader 2020-2021" from Hanken & SSE Executive Education.
