Jana Zimova

Jana Zimova currently serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Board and Chief Human Resources Officer at MTX Group a.s. since May 2019. Prior to this role, Jana was the HR Director for Eastern Europe at ASSA ABLOY from January 2013 to May 2019, where responsibilities included strategic HR development and managing services for a workforce of 2,000 employees. From 1996 to December 2012, Jana worked at Thomson Reuters as the Human Resources Manager for Central Europe and the Balkans, overseeing HR activities across multiple countries in the region. Jana holds a Master's degree in Economy, Management, and Law from Czech University of Life Sciences and has obtained various HR certifications, including CIPD and SHRM credentials.
