Balasaheb Vadnere

Balasaheb Vadnere is an accomplished technical manager currently leading Enterprise Data Architecture at MTX Group, contributing to significant growth in data initiatives and solutions in Health and Human Services since April 2024. Previously, as Chief Data Officer and SVP at mavQ from March 2021 to September 2024, Balasaheb focused on actionable information across industries to enhance AI platform development. Balasaheb held various roles, including Practice Leader for Data Analytics at GCOM Software, BI Practice Leader at Infogain, and Director of Data Services and Analytics at CIGNEX, demonstrating extensive experience in business intelligence, data engineering, and analytics. Early career roles include management positions at Sonata Software and multiple engineering positions at ABB and other firms. Balasaheb holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Electronics from the University of Mumbai and an earlier Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
