Jeff MacMillan

Jeff MacMillan is an experienced operations and franchise relations professional currently serving as the Director of Operations and Franchise Relations at MTY Food Group since January 2023, overseeing Turtle Jack's and The Coop Wicked Chicken. Prior to this role, Jeff held various positions including District Manager and General Manager at Tortoise Restaurant Group from October 2017 to January 2023, and General Manager at both FAB Restaurant Concepts and Service Inspired Restaurants (SIR Corp.) between 2016 and 2015. Jeff also served as Terminal Manager/Beverage Manager at OTG Management and General Manager at Kelsey's for a decade before that. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Brock University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
