Ali Abuhaliqa

Ali AbuHaliqa has extensive work experience in human resources and corporate services. Ali began their career in 2009 with Mousa Sons in Construction, where they worked in office management. Ali then joined Mubadala Development Company in 2011, where they served as an HR Assistant and later as a Compensation & Benefits Officer. From 2013 to 2015, Ali worked at Mubadala Petroleum as a Senior Human Resources Officer, handling payroll and implementing HR policies and programs. Ali then moved to MDC Business Management Services, a Mubadala Company, where they worked as a Specialist in Human Resources, handling payroll, reports, and employee relations. In 2016, Ali joined Mubadala Energy as a Specialist Compensation & Benefits - HR and later took on roles as Human Resources Operations, Human Capital Assistant Manager, Head of Human Capital & Business Services, and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Human Capital & Corporate Services. Ali has also been a part of Dolphin Energy's Compensation Committee since 2021. Throughout their career, Ali has contributed to the development and implementation of HR policies and programs, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and delivering cost-effective services.

Ali AbuHaliqa has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from Abu Dhabi University, which they earned from 2009 to 2011. Ali later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Abu Dhabi University, completing it from 2011 to 2012. In 2022, Ali obtained an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from CIPD Qualifications. Ali also completed the Digital Leadership Program in Organizational Leadership at INSEAD in 2022. In 2023, Ali briefly studied Leadership at the London Business School.
