Derek Rozycki

Derek Rozycki is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in responsible investing, corporate finance, and structured finance. Currently serving as Senior Executive Director and Head of Responsible Investing at Mubadala since August 2005, Derek has held multiple senior roles within the company, overseeing significant financial initiatives and the management of investor relationships. Prior to Mubadala, Derek was involved with MINESA Sociedad Minera de Santander as a Board and Audit & Risk Committee Member and Chief Financial Officer, as well as serving as Chairman of LeasePlan Emirates L.L.C. and holding directorships at Mubadala GE Capital and Barclays. Derek holds a General Management Program degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Vermont.
