Edward Rowe

Edward Rowe serves as the Head of Internal Audit at Mubadala Capital since January 2024, leading the establishment of the Internal Audit function for an organization managing over $20 billion in assets. With extensive experience at Mubadala Investment Company since August 2010, including roles as Senior Vice President and Head of Internal Audit Operations, Rowe oversees a team of over 40 and manages Internal Audit activities across a diverse portfolio exceeding $16 billion. Previous positions include Vice President of Internal Audit for ICT, Utilities, and Renewables, as well as various roles at Masdar, Injazat, and Horizon International Flight Academy, contributing to audit and compliance committees. Rowe's academic qualifications include a Chartered Accountancy from ICAEW, a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from UCL, and an MSci in Architectural Project Management from Heriot-Watt University.
