Issam Merhi

Issam Merhi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology services and enterprise solutions, currently serving as the Director & Senior Vice President at Mubadala since June 2008. With a proven track record in leading large teams of IT solution architects and business analysts, Issam has successfully executed enterprise-wide digital transformation programs, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs. Previous roles at Mubadala include Vice President and Manager of Technology Services, focusing on the implementation of enterprise applications such as ERP and HCM. Prior to Mubadala, Issam held consulting positions at Hyperlink, Astrolabe, and Infoplus, gaining a solid foundation in system implementation and support across various sectors. Issam holds a Foundation degree in Leadership and Management from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
