Razan H. Abdul Majeed

Razan H. Abdul Majeed is an experienced professional in human capital and talent development, currently serving as the Head of Human Capital at Mubadala since January 2020. Prior to this role, Razan held various leadership positions in talent and leadership development at Majid Al Futtaim, including Associate Director and General Manager for MAF Properties LLC, as well as Head of Group Human Resources and other key HR roles across MAF Group. Razan began a career in human resources and project management at Dubai Tourism. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Middle East Studies from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Sociology from Richmond American University London.
