Rocio Rico

Rocio Rico is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the VP of Human Capital at Mubadala since February 2022. Prior to this role, Rico held the position of Head of HR at QNB Group, overseeing the London Branch from October 2017 to February 2022. Additionally, Rico worked as an HR Business Partner and HR Manager in the International Management division at HSBC from November 2013 to October 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Danone Baby Nutrition and as an HR Assistant for Executive Programs at IAE Business School. Rocio Rico holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from CIPD and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Business from the University of Buenos Aires, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Universidad del Salvador.
