Vidit Mathur

Vidit Mathur is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in transaction advisory services and IPO execution. Currently serving as a Senior Vice President at Mubadala since July 2018, Vidit previously held various positions at EY, culminating as a Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services division in Dubai, where a focus on IPO initiatives defined their career. Key accomplishments include leading IPO readiness and execution for significant companies in the MENA region and notable transaction projects in the UK. Vidit holds a PLDA from Harvard Business School and is a Chartered Accountant from ICAS, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Warwick.
