Alena Schneider

Alena Schneider is a professional in human resources with a strong background in people development and international HR projects. Currently serving as the Deputy Teamlead People Development and previously as a Human Resources Development Specialist at Mubea since March 2022, Alena has accumulated valuable experience in the field. Prior experience at Mubea includes roles as a Specialist in International HR Projects and as a Duale Studentin from August 2015 to August 2019. Alena holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management & Digital Transformation from the International School of Management in Germany, obtained from September 2019 to February 2022, as well as a Bachelor of Science in International Management and Psychology from the same institution, completed between 2015 and 2019.
