Brigitta most recently worked as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Mubea, where they were responsible for driving HR engagement cycles and establishing core know-how in the automotive industry. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Institute Knickenberg GmbH, a consulting firm specializing in enhancing HR capabilities. Brigitta also served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Feintool Group, where they led the global HR function and implemented transformational changes. Additionally, Brigitta has experience as an HR Manager at Syngenta Crop Protection AG, FMC Technologies, and Continental Express/ExpressJet Airlines. Brigitta started their career as a Team Leader in Customer Relations at Switzerland Tourism.

Brigitta Knickenberg has a varied education history that includes multiple degrees and certifications. In 1994, they obtained a Master of NLP - Master Practitioner degree from the New York Training Institute for NLP, specializing in Neuro Linguistic Programming. Later, in an unspecified year, they attended Heriot-Watt University and completed an MBA with a focus on Business/HR. Following that, in 2010, they received training and achieved a degree as a Training & Talent Coach from the Institut Knickenberg. In 2014, they pursued further education and obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies in African Affairs and Intercultural Competence from the University of Basel, which they completed in 2015.
