Margarida Patricio

Margarida Patricio has over six years of work experience in various roles. Margarida began their career at Fujitsu Portugal in 2014 as a Service Desk Agent, where they provided support and assistance to customers. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Change Controller, responsible for managing and coordinating system changes. Margarida then joined MUBI in 2018 as a Support Agent & Tester, ensuring the quality and functionality of the company's services. Margarida was later promoted to Customer Support & Testing Manager, overseeing a team and handling customer inquiries. Currently, Margarida holds the position of Head of Support & Testing at MUBI.

From 2010 to 2014, Margarida Patricio attended the University of Lisbon, where they studied Translation.
