Jonathan Friedland

Jonathan Friedland is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and business transactions. Currently serving as Principal at Much Shelist, P.C. since August 2022, Friedland also founded and publishes Financial Poise, which provides accessible education in finance and law to individual investors and entrepreneurs. Previously, Friedland was a partner at Sugar Felsenthal Grais & Helsinger LLP, focusing on private funds and business interests, and at Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC, managing a diverse corporate clientele. In addition to legal practice, Friedland has held academic positions, including adjunct professor at the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and visiting professor at the University of Tennessee College of Law. Friedland holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a BS in Business Administration from the University at Albany.
