Kayla Pretzer

Kayla Pretzer is a Customer Onboarding Strategist I at Muck Rack since August 2023, showcasing a strong background in sales and customer engagement through prior roles as a Senior Outbound Sales Development Representative and Outbound Sales Development Representative. Kayla has also been actively involved with The Down Syndrome Association of Northeast Ohio as Associate Board Chair since September 2021. Previous experience includes positions at Dix & Eaton as an Account Executive and Assistant Account Executive, where responsibilities encompassed media relations, social media management, and sustainability research. Additional roles include social media internships at The University of Akron and TWIST Creative, Inc., alongside customer service and marketing roles at Architectural Justice Gallery & Cafe and Starbucks. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Image Management, Spanish, and Marketing from The University of Akron, further complemented by studies at Universidad de Valladolid in 2017.
